This was a steak, egg & cheese bagel with a large sweet tea, and honestly… this visit surprised the hell out of me. The biggest difference was the customer service. It felt more like Europe than the U.S. — calm, respectful, no rushing, no attitude. My host was on point from start to finish. Polite, professional, and actually made me feel welcomed. Ordered DoorDash, the bag came completely sealed so this DEFINITELY came from the location itself. In the happy meal I ordered, was a used blue glove and a ketchup packet with black Tape around it. This is UNACCEPTABLE! The workers should know when their gloves are off and to knowingly send this to a customer was absolutely DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL
Great experience at McDonald’s! The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly. The service was excellent — staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. The dining area was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to eat. I was also impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restroom was. It’s clear that this location really cares about quality and customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
