My brother bought breakfast for both of us and the “Big Breakfast w/ hotcakes” is literally just a biscuit and an egg. It was very disappointing and the plate looked very sad. We came here for something quick but not like this.
Terrible service. Is this the kind of service we get when we order delivery instead of being able to file a complaint in person? First of all, I ordered a Happy Meal, which you forgot. Secondly, one of my wraps came completely dry without any lettuce, and the other one was this kind of mockery.
NO NAPKINS. Servers don't put napkins into order bag, then you have to wait even longer to ask for napkins, and they still give you an attitude about it! Managers just fake smile, don't apologize, and don't do anything about anything. The 'Aston' male manager is passive aggressive with an evil vibe lurking beneath surface. No name tag and he was shifty about spelling out his name for me! Where do these people even come from?! Straight from the jungle? A very unpleasant and unnerving interaction.
