The workers were so nice when I went earlier today. I ordered a happy meal and they have so many different toys that I didn't already have (the squishmallows) It was EXTREMELY hot inside without any air conditioning and the workers were all helpful and very sweet. After going here for a few years and enjoying the service, this place is definitely gone downhill in the last few months. I ordered food for myself and my son this morning via GrubHub and found that they put the steak in my sandwich with the paper cooked and still attached once I got it. The most slow and incompetent service i've ever received at a fast food spot. Employees completely clueless as to what's going on, and took me over an hour just to receive a midsize order, with no option to give me a refund. Yes, over an hour to receive food that's basically just reheating frozen stuff. I literally had to recite my order exactly to the employee helping me, and yet they still got it wrong.
