We went there to order some cheeseburgers and fries for take out. It was very busy inside but the line was moving pretty quick. We got our food freshly made and hot. That's what you call a well-organized team with a great leader.
I walked into the establishment asking about my order since I ordered it in advance. The guy they have working at the counter, then goes to tell me I don’t know which you want me to tell you there’s no orders back here. Stop asking me. I asked one time I think I have the right to ask about my order when I walk into a place where I order food. Secondly I asked about the sauces I purchased. I didn’t see them and asked him if they were there. He then goes and tells me you have to check your own bag
The manager and staff pay no attention to the mobile orders they receive, they all just walk around talking while avoiding work. You can easily spend 15 minutes waiting on a mobile order while noone else is in the store.
