I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited in line. When I reached the speaker, no one responded. Eventually, I had to move forward to the pickup window where there was already one car ahead of me, which also took quite a long time. Absolutely horrible experience. We placed a curbside order with only three small items and ended up waiting over 25 minutes with no update. After waiting far longer than reasonable, we had to go inside to find out what was going on, only to be told that our order had been completely forgotten. To make matters worse, another customer also had to come inside because their order had been overlooked as well. If you order through the app, it takes longer than going inside the store. Sometimes they tell you to park in front even when the app gives you a specific parking spot number. I’m giving 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve only 1 — it takes them up to 30 minutes to bring out fast food 😂
