THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER.... LIKE FOR ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE SAYS IT ALL... THEY NEVER FAIL WHETHER ITS DRIVE THRU OR UBER EATS THEY ALWAYS TAKE SO LONG AND EVERYTIME THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME... YOU WAIT 20 MIN ON DRIVE THRU FOR YOU TO PULL UP TO THE WINDOW AND THEY ALL LAUGHING AND JOKING IN THERE... ITS A JOKE THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE AND HIRE NEW STAFF OR SHUT DOWN
Two in the neighborhood, both owned by the same people, but the service at this one on Church and Kings highway is the best. The wait time is shorter, and the employees are so much nicer than on Utica and Clarkson Ave. The only problem is that there are less seating room. The seniors like to sit and talk to each other, for hours, so they are occupying the tables. They need a set of tables outside, by the parking area, if possible, for the summer. Just saying.
Food was good just attitude from lady working at the drive through Had to tell her 2 times small coke and she comes out with coffee and tells us to wait as she takes care of other guest… Needs to be better at hospitality and making it right in the moment and not rude when it was her mistake…
