Terrible management at this location. I tried to redeem a valid McDVoice survey code, and the manager told me it ‘cannot be used because I ordered through the mobile app.’ This is completely false. The McDVoice survey literally asks whether the order was placed by mobile app, kiosk, or counter, so claiming that mobile orders make the reward invalid is either a lie or pure incompetence. The manager clearly has no idea how the store’s own system works and tried to cover it up with a made-up rule
Honestly, get management in this business ASAP. When wanted to order late at night. The only option is drive-through, but just people picking up through the main door late night pick up window. Employees are prioritizing DoorDash orders. Employees are rude and not willing to help. We did over 30 minutes for a simple food order that should’ve took in 10 minutes.
