It’s usually very crowded, which is understandable given the location. The food quality is consistent with what you expect from McDonald’s. One positive aspect is that the menu uses clear item numbers, which is very helpful for people who are not fluent in English. The staff can be a bit rough in their customer service, and a more friendly approach would improve the experience. Great service, wait time is less than 10 minutes around 8 pm est on a Tuesday. 2 order kiosks were there, customer service was good. Got the order in less than 10 minutes around. There were plenty of tables to sit and eat. I would recommend this place for a quick bite before catching the flight.
It's McDonald's, so I knew what to expect. The line was long, and staff tried their best to process orders as quickly as possible. It can be chaotic for people wanting to get their takeout bags, especially when they need to catch a flight. But this location was enjoyed by TSA staff, flight attendants, and international passengers.
