Today I was going to pick up 2 order as an Uber Eats driver to deliver food to a customer. Because of the winter weather, the roads were very bad, and I arrived about five minutes late. When I arrived, a manager was there and told me that I was late. She was very angry. I explained that it was due to traffic and a vehicle issue, and I apologized for being late. I was running late for work so I pulled into the drive through and ordered a double quarter with cheese and bacon. When I received my food I got a cheeseburger with jalapenos and cheese that was definitely cheese wiz on it. How do you even mess that up??? I didn't realize till I left and I was running late so I wasn't about to fix it and already took a bite when I tasted the disgusting sandwich. The worst part is when the guy handed me the food he even confirmed my order.
