Our food was undercooked to the point of making me sick. We called the restaurant the first time they just said they will let the cook know to heat it up longer next time and hung up. Then chose to not answer the phone. After calling from a different number, The lady said she will call the owners and get back to me. When she got back to me, she stated that the owners spoke to Management and confirmed that the food was cooked. They didn’t care about even looking at the food or asking for any type
This restaurant specializes in mexican foods, it's located in the Kingsbridge section of the bronx by the 4 train on jerome ave. This is my second time ordering from this place, Unfortunately the food is terrible.. I had a quesadilla my second time ordering, the food is flavorless and there was hardly any meat in my quesadilla. I have never scene a quesadilla as thin and as small as the one i ordered. Also, they dont pay much attention to what you're saying when you order. I wouldn't recommend
quesadilla of carnitas, barely had meat and already had salsa. All I tasted was the flour tortilla.
