Casual airport coffee shop offering breakfast, salads, sandwiches, and omelettes.
From Google Maps reviews.
There are few ways to describe this restaurant that do not include the words Overpriced or Unappealing. The prices were extremely high for the food that was offered. The nuggets below were 12$, which means that each of the nuggets that can be seen in the picture cost over a dollar each. The Philly Cheese Steak was decent when it comes to taste but the product that was displayed was way more appealing than the one that ended up on my plate. The overall cost for three people added up to 65$ prior
In Terminal 8, on my way to Gate 5. I'm a bit confused if this is the same Mezze cafe. At 530a I liked this place for my made to order breakfast burrito (yes had to wait). This place uses real eggs, and the flavors was as expected and price was fair, given this is JFK airport. I can't rate the coffee but this little kiosk did it's job for me and quickly churned out hot breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy!
Now sure about the reviews but I had a amazing experience. They're the only Halal Desi food provider in Terminal 8. The staff was very nice and friendly too. The food had very authentic taste. I highly recommend it.
