Review: 9/13/25 After a very hectic day, needed a bit of comfort that only Mexican food at the time could give. I live near wonderful Mexican restaurants in NY but wanted a burrito from Moe's. Took the long, traffic intense ride to Baychester Mall from Midtown. First time visiting Moe's Southwest in the Bronx, was thinking this was a stand alone restaurant. I stopped here with my son. We have ate at this chain another state. It didn’t wow me. The meat, chicken and steak tasted the same. It was not different. It wasn’t horrible. Just completely opposite to what I was expecting.
Waited 1 hour for my food I pre ordered on the app When I got there no one was there, no one in the cash register or cooking area so I waited 1 hour until someone comes out to bring me my order. I also called no one picked up. Not coming back because of very poor service.jist unacceptable.
