Terrible, happens everytime in most Dominic food spots. Majority of your Pollo Al Horno lunch combo will be white rice & 2 of the tiniest pieces of chicken they can find in the huge batch of chicken they have right behind them. Worst feeling when you live 20 blocks away & it’s your first meal of the day & have to share with your toddler.
Every time I order from here, the food never disappoints. Even when I do delivery and my delivery has some minor spills, the food will still be delicious. However, what disappoints me every time I come here is the customer service. When I come in to order, there's always a lot of waiting due to chit-chatting or a lack of organization.
