Late night restaurant and to go place. Friendly staff. Food came out quick. Got the chicken shawarma platter which I highly recommend getting. Also got the butter chicken and haleem but wasn’t as good as expected. The haleem wasn’t haleem, like it was chucks of chicken instead of the traditional haleem. Doesn’t come with naan or rice so got a side of rice and couple naans. Also got a grilled chicken salad, that was good, loved how they added broccoli yet the pineapples thrown me off. Overall a g
I visited Moonlight Grill and Chicken around midnight and was blown away. Honestly, I didn't expect the quality to be this high so late at night! We ordered the Goat Biryani, and it was fantastic—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. To top it off, the customer service was excellent, which made the experience even better. We finished with some dessert that was the perfect end to the meal. If you’re looking for high-quality food and friendly service in the late hours, this is the spot!
Moonlight Grill & Chicken has the potential to become one of Jackson Heights’ standout restaurants, if it leaned more heavily into its core menu instead of spotlighting burgers and fried foods.
