Was a bit skeptical because of the reviews, but this place surprised me. My brother picked up the food and said the spot itself looked really nice, especially for a restaurant/lounge setup. They told us 45 minutes, and it was worth the wait. The jerk chicken Rasta pasta was flavorful, with perfectly cooked al dente pasta and well-seasoned chicken. First time trying Nals Nest and I have to say I’m impressed. The price is decent and the food is good. I will definitely be buying more food from this restaurant. My friends and I wanted some really good Guyanese cuisine so we visited Nals Nest. The decor and environment of the restaurant was very inviting however when the door opens you hear the obnoxiously loud music and commotion from the nearby lounge. Our server was a sweetheart! We had Guyanese styled mauby that was really good but I also ordered a non-alcoholic passionfruit mojito that was fairly okay - there was something off about it but I couldn't pin point it.
