I order regularly from Naya thru Grubhub. First few times everything was great. The last two times I had issues. One time my courier said they ran out of braised beef and asked me for a replacement. Then today I ordered the braised beef bowl and the bowl was literally half the size it used to be. Definitely did not get the $23 worth of food I ordered. I won't be ordering online again. They charge more for online orders and give you half the size. Very disapointed.
We've been to this NAYA location in Long Island City multiple times, and it has consistently delivered a great meal. We usually order the Falafel Bowl and the Chicken Shawarma Bowl, and they've never disappointed us. I recently came to this NAYA location to pick up an online order, and unfortunately the food quality and service have declined significantly. When this location first opened, the experience was much better. Recently, however, the bowl portions have been very disappointing — barely half full despite paying full price.
