"Chang Xing is definitely a reliable staple here in the neighborhood. I’ve tried several things on the menu, and the Chicken with Broccoli and General Tso’s are consistently good. The portions are huge for the price, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. It’s a classic no-frills Chinese takeout spot that never lets you down when you need a quick, satisfying dinner. The staff is always working hard and gets the orders out very quickly. Definitely one of the better spots in East New York!"
The lady at the front who takes the orders is so charming, so very charismatic, very well mannered for someone considering the stereotypical mind set that’s usually on display from other similar places.
I ordered fried fish & shrimp fried rice. My fried rice had three shrimps in it, & that was it!! No onions, no bean sprouts, no scallons, NOTHING! Just rice & three shrimp. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY WILL ONLY DO THIS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL & DISGUSTING!!!!!
