We had a 10 out of 10 meal last night at Nha Minh! We started off with delicious drinks which were lychee margarita and lemonade, I loved both. You can’t do Vietnamese without the Pho soup and it didn’t disappoint- it was flavorful and hearty with chicken, turkey and duck meat. The portion is big enough to split for two, if you are getting other food like we did. My favorite were the spring rolls both fresh with pork and shrimp and fried - with shrimp and crab. One of the best spots in the area. Been going here for many years. Can’t recommend enough! Quality and taste are top notch and they are super consistent. They make their own amazing selection of in-house sauces that vary daily. Would recommend the catch of the day and/or their lemongrass chicken. Bahn mi or bowl, you can’t go wrong!
I love the bún here so much! There's so many vegan/vegetarian options and they're all really good. I tried the seitan for the first time this visit, and it was really meaty and nicely browned. The sauces are all tasty, too, so if you're getting takeout don't forget to grab some!
