The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Soups, salads, appetizers, pizzas, calzones, rolls, wraps, paninis, entrees and beverages are available. I ordered a pizza pie, rice ball and salad. The food is average in taste and flavor.
Placed an order for pizza delivery today. After 1:30 hours of waiting tried to give them a call twice, not picking up. Had to stop by to ask about the situation: rudely was suggested to take my pie. For money back request was told: "Call slice!". I was a loyal customer for many years, this is just unacceptable.
So...I had a very bad experience recently that ended in my pizza not arriving, some infuriatingly wrong texts, and a charge of almost $50 on my credit card. Because of all of this I posted a poor review. I was able to talk with the Nonno's manager and got the situation sorted out; the refund quickly posted to my credit card. Part of the problem appears to have been that Slice does not seem to have sent my order to Nonno's, and then Nonno's was unable to refund a payment from an online order th
