Overpriced. The Asian women that handle the front and cashier are super rude. Once, one older woman that worked there even told me to leave and that I couldn't stay more than one hour in their dining area. I came back the next day and stayed for over 2 hours, with other people there staying for more than one hour. I don't know if every day they wake up on the wrong side of the bed, but their business should shut down if they don't know/want to greet customers accordingly. I especially despise th
RUDE and NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I asked a colleague to buy a cheesecake from their “refrigerated” section, and when I tell you it was HOT—not even warm—the plastic had sweat droplets inside and it was completely rubbery. I went back and explained that it wasn’t safe to eat and that I would just like a refund. The man at the counter immediately blamed us for “not checking” if the cake was warm before purchasing. Try the korean food bar serving 10am-6:30pm. Their spicy pork stir fry with rice is so yummy! I won’t order the soft tofu soup again though because the ingredients are not so authentic.
