Almost new at this time. Nice staff. Spotlessly clean lobby and room. Despite the 22% city tax on room and even on the $55 parking fee, this hotel is very budget friendly for being in a very very expensive city. The room is small for a normal hotel but large for NYC. Same with the double bed, which was OK comfortable. Nice new sheets! The bathroom is very nice and new although the NYC plumbers installed the faucet backwards 😂. AC system was excellent too. This is my updated review after our stay. I paid a premium to stay at this hotel and, as a Gold member, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received throughout my stay. Prior to arrival, I specifically selected a room through the app and planned my schedule around the guaranteed 3:00 PM check-in time. Unfortunately, upon arrival I was informed the room was not ready and would be available “shortly.” Nearly an hour later, I checked again and was told “another 10 minutes.” In
My stay here was amazing! When we arrived, we were prepared to leave our luggage, go explore and come back to check-in at 3 p.m. However, they gave us complimentary super early check-in. Mohammed was the one helping us, and he was super nice, professional, and accommodating. He even gave us cookies upon check-in! I cannot say enough great things about this place.
