The service here was extremely disappointing. I ordered paletas, and the staff didn’t even know which one was rompope. They seemed untrained and unsure of what they were doing, which made the whole experience frustrating. It felt disorganized, and I didn’t feel taken care of as a customer. Be aware that they charge you correctly. Sometimes they charge you more than the actual price.
I truly wish to give more stars but the employees are rude. I remember I went here with my mom to get some mangonadas so we were in line waiting for our turn. When it was our turn there was this woman (she was a young woman I think) who took our order. My mom ask for two mangonadas (take note that it was our first time ordering from here) and so the lady was ask if she wanted it with water or something so my mom was confused.
