I was ordering for the first time over the phone for delivery . I’m a nurse for Northwell. I was in the area visiting a patient home. I’m a traveling nurse. Honestly I didn’t make it to the atm. I just wanted to make sure I have enough cash for my order so I was pricing. The lady taking my order was really rude and annoyed by my questions. There are many Chinese food spots in the area and while they are all pretty good, I always come back to this one. The food has always been really good and they have never gotten an order wrong (been a customer for a little under 20 years). The service has always been AMAZING. They know who we are and have always made a point to get to know people in the community. They held it DOWN during the pandemic. That being said, I do believe the owners have changed but the food and service is still great
