I’ve never had a problem with them, if you’re a nice person and not stuck up they treat you like family after they get to know you. Been getting this since i was a kid, my entire family loves this spot, even the ones that moved out of town say they really haven’t found anything else like it. The negative comments have me confused. This is a fast food place not a spiritual retreat. Don’t let the mans voice/demeanor make you think they’re mean or have bad customer service, they’re not & they don’t
I normally order here but there customer service has been declining lately.Let me go on to say i don’t be always leaving review but with this recent order i had to. I myself work in a restaurant and i always put two napkin in the customer bag why cause it’s common courtesy you don’t know if they have napkin or not or they just ran out but point is this Chinese restaurant haven’t been putting napkins which i usually use to dry the lid to put wings when i order them. This is an amazing place. They are very busy there so if you want someone to chit chat with, don't go here. They are very nice and polite but just busy.
