Let me tell yall how I ordered and accidentally picked the wrong location! I didn’t have enough time to change it and I didn’t want to cancel! I was able to call the THIS LOCATION (Ridgewood) and the manager Ryan was able to save my order and make it fresh for when I arrived after work! The customer service was superb! Everything was going good until they gave me the wrong sandwich(for heaven sacks label your damn sandwich, after making it). Ordered a steak mozzarella, got black Forrest ham, mountain of lettuce, banana pepper, and 1 piece of something that looks like salami(Toasted Italianio, was ok) mainly could only taste the lettuce, the ham was so little, and the rest just disappeared into the lettuce. Panera Bread on Metropolitan Ave is one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy bite. The food is consistently fresh and delicious love their soups, salads, and of course, the bread! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for both dine-in and takeout.
