I only knocked off one star because something always happens at this location. Like the table we chose, regardless where we sit, is dirty. Or it’s extremely hot or super cold. The temperature is never appropriate regardless of the weather. The food is always great, and the staff is okay. We have never had an issue with the staff but they’re not great either. We usually come here after shopping and have our little family meetings here, which is great. We love coming here but please work on keepin
I am currently at your Bay Plaza location where I am paying for below subpar food and service. The cleanliness of the seating area calls into question the cleanliness of the food station and back area as it is riddled with dirty tables, food on the floor and even beverages clearly spilled all over a sector on the chairs and table. When we requested a table please be cleaned so we may sit the manager handed us a wipe to clean it ourselves but not before he squeezed out the liquid from it. When I
Dirty…. That literally should be enough for anyone with common sense to understand this review. Manager said “we are short staffed”… okay ??? So let’s continue to serve customers in a dirty facility. I got my refund and left.
