I ordered a large pizza with BBQ sauce and chicken. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed there was way too much sauce. But when I took a bite, I realized the real problem: they had originally made the pizza with regular pizza sauce, and instead of remaking it, they just spread BBQ sauce on top to cover it up. Really disappointing. If you mess up an order, just be honest and fix it properly. Make sure check your order before take it.
Don’t order 1+1. You get 2 pizzas but toppings aren’t looking full 2. Got my soda order wrong as well.
We paid extra for an epic stuffed crust pizza and unfortunately we got a thin crust. No big deal, but when I called and spoke to a manager (said his name was King) he kept repeating that it was the driver’s fault, which doesn’t make sense. I wish he could’ve rectified the situation somehow instead of blaming the driver for an error made in the kitchen. If the manager is reading this, please be do better. Thank you!
