Something's changed at the store. They are either not using normal sauce or watering it down. Do these pics look like the "extra" sauce that was paid for? Also, they are blowing up the pizza, so it is thin and hollow. Sorry, this is not "New York" style pizza. Also why tip when delivery ppl are not delivering door to door but as you to come down? Lol...ridiculous! Two stars for freshness and taste, but the store is a rip off. $47...
While I enjoy Papa Johns pizza (I definitely prefer it to Dominos hands down) the delivery drivers that work at this particular location are disgustingly rude. Whenever they deliver to my address they refuse to bring the order to the door, forcing me to walk to them roadside while I was 9.5 months pregnant and afterward when I had just recently given birth. Obviously I’m ordering pizza because I am physically limited due to just having given birth. Then when I finally was able to get downstairs
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from a customer service rep over the phone. He was extremely rude to the point that I decided to not make the order. WOW. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Needless to say that I won’t be ordering from them EVER AGAIN.
