The food was horrible. Two stars, vs one, because service was okay at best and atmosphere was fine. It seemed clean too. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich and asked if it could be heated. The man working at the front desk said yes. He took it, turned around and appeared to be heating it but what I received is what’s pictured in the photo: a cold, overly processed piece of garbage I couldn’t eat. Like McDonald’s but worse. I had a horrible experience with Paris Baguette. I placed a delivery order directly on their website for a $60 holiday cake which was completely destroyed on arrival. I tried calling the location and they were unapologetic, disinterested, and said it’s not their fault but the delivery driver! But I booked directly on their site for delivery so it’s their fault using such a poor 3rd party delivery vendor. If I order from your website you should ensure that my order gets delivered in the condition
I was trying to order for my breakfast tomorrow morning and they messaged me on DoorDash saying that the turkey avocado sandwich is out and if I would like to have a substitute. They offered me a couple selections, unfortunately I don’t eat cheese so I was asking if they have anything that’s without cheese, or I could order later to see if they then will have the avocado sandwich, or they can just give me two harvest chicken salad sandwich.
