A friend of mind wanted to eat some beef patties for lunch and we came across this place on Flatbush. I saw some stew chicken patties on the menu and was intrigued. I also got the jerk patty, and the oxtail patty. I guess it depends on the time of day you get them but the oxtail patty wasn’t that great but it was okay. Most of the patties had a texture like they’ve been sitting there all day, the jerk patty was good tho. But oh my god… I don’t even know if this is Stew Chicken. I bit into this “
We went in on a Saturday after run club and were greeted with such smiles which makes a change from most Caribbean take aways I go to 😂 they were very accommodating and gave generous portions and the price was really good. It was delight on my visit and would go back again if in NYC . It was also nice to have to lovers rock reggae playing in the background giving the nostalgic vibes and overall experience of being back in The Caribbean
