This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Bay Ridge, and I've been going there for many years. The restaurant is usually not crowded, so there are always seats. My favorite dish is the Thong Niu Mee (steamed beef noodles), which has pork knuckle and beef, and the broth is excellent. The pork chop rice is also a must-order for me.
Got an order delivered and the meat portion was not at all what I expected. They normally give good amounts but THIS was not. I would recommend eating there to get enough food for the prices they charge, because apparently they give less with delivery.
