I had the #1 and the #18, the house special and the Vietnamese spring rolls. The portions are good, the spring rolls are fried to perfection and the broth is really nice! The atmosphere was really nice and peaceful,the service was really nice too! If you are in the neighborhood 100% check it out!
It’s in the name and all, but you must order the pho if you dine here! The broth is so rich and the noodles are so hearty. It’s unfortunate that we only dine here when we feel under the weather but that’s also a mark of just how comforting the food here really is—better than medicine! This is a true gem 💎 of Staten Island eateries. Located directly adjacent to the New Dorp SIRT train station, Pho Rainbow is a flawless masterpiece. The service is the best on the Island.
