this was my first time ordering from pizza hut and the service was quick, which I appreciated, but overall I wasn’t particularly impressed. I got a medium hand-tossed pizza with grilled chicken and mushrooms - the crust was too dry for my taste and there weren’t many toppings. I might try the original pan crust next time. The mozzarella sticks were okay but not especially memorable.
I left a note. I said please. I ended up doing my order three times for pickup on the app. And they still got my pizza wrong. Why? Just, why? I’ve been moving my entire life from upstate to this beautiful city and I am exhausted. And hungry. I don’t like paying for mistakes at all. The worker offered to correct it. With what time, buddy! We’re in NYC!!! I waited already! You had the chance! I spent $40 on a “deal” and MY food comes out wrong. WHY??? I almost turned around and demanded my money b
The food is very good amd the staff are extremely nice and my order was ready super quick , i placed my order for 3 pizza and went to the super market across the street for like 10 minutes by the time i came back the order was already done. Probably the best pizzahut in queens interms of service
