Certain meats are "Halal". Just ask in the counter. The owner is very nice and smart. Instead of turning everything into politics, he decided to accommodate certain dietary conditions for the business. Really admire his business move. Will go back anytime of the day.
So happy there’s a local pizza shop with halal (hand-slaughtered) options. There’s a halal platter shop inside, I did get a mixed platter to go which was pretty good (they have a lot of toppings available you wouldn’t normally get from carts). The pizza shop itself offers halal chicken and pepperoni, I tried a bbq chicken slice. Can’t wait to come back!
What a find!! We were dropping off family at JFK and stopped by on the way back home 10 minutes from JFK Totally unpretentious good food all around. Not a fine dining place and not a place for fancy $8 coffee but just honest good food. Enough space with tables to sit down and have a great meal. We had a small garden salad, meat lovers slice, plain cheese slice, empanadas, beef patties and a bbq chicken roll. The roll is prepared by hand and takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare. Not one item
