Very bad experience. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and tasted old. It was not fresh at all and had no flavor. I expected much better quality from Popeyes, but this was disappointing. I would not recommend this location and won’t be coming back.
Came in hungry and Popeyes did not disappoint. Food was fresh and hot, but Samaria was the real MVP. Super friendly, quick, and had great energy. In New York we deal with enough attitudes, so good customer service stands out. Give Samaria a raise and an extra biscuit. I’ll definitely be back.
Frequent this location monthly. Great customer service, from start to finish. The place is usually upkept but if there are any issues the staff are usually quick to solve them. Quickest service is drive-thru but usually they are fast and efficient
