I just had surgery on my chest. I order a 4 piece spicy with fries and a soda plus I ordered an additional large soda. My order was cold, fries were old, the chicken was not spicy and old. I visited this Popeyes last week and honestly it was a very disappointing experience. the staff did not seem very friendly or helpful specially the manager he so rude arrogant and bad attitude i asked one of the employee they say the his name is Jamal i'm not sure this is the right name or not. I wish i can know they're HR email i will complain about the manager first overall i was not happy with my visit and would not recommend this Popeyes. i hope they improve their service and the manger.
