Most horrible employee slammed windows in my face rude refused my order wasting my time and gas coming here leaving me starving. This isn't the first time I place order through the app and it takes my order charges me steals my time gas and money. Popeyes used to be the best thet now are garbage the way they treat there customers!
I Came here with a friend because he wanted Popeyes. We waited on the line for 10 minutes just to get to the menu box, only for the lady to say, “Order at the window.” Then it took another 10 minutes to even reach the window. We finally pull up, and she asks, “Did you order a six-piece box?” We’re like… what? You literally just told us to order at the window. Kiosks would not work properly, then have to go to register and slide card through a small mouse hole in the plexiglass. People at register though polite were not helpful when neither mine nor another customer's gift card were not accepted at the register. Cashier could not follow through on requests, so double check your order prior to leaving. Should not be this complicated to get Fast Food !!
