Lack of attention. While out Ordered a fish sandwich and received chicken. Immediate called the restaurant to ask what could be done as I was already on the other side of Brooklyn. The fist call the person hung up . Called back and the manager had a rude tone as if she was the one inconvenienced. No apologies. We’re sorry about that … nothing.
I am extremely dissatisfy and frustrated regarding the unacceptable service received at Popeyes on the evening of my visit 5/29.
