Hair in my food. I contacted Popeyes and the state department who said that a manager would reach out to me but no one ever did. The hair was LITERALLY fried inside the chicken batter. My order was also wrong. I ordered all dark spicy and they gave me a breast, white meat. It was hard and dry.
Wow! Best Popeyes I’ve had in a very long time. A clean restaurant too! This Popeyes stands out and is the example the rest need to strive for. The staff was friendly and attentive. No attitude or sass 👏🏼! I was surprised because I’ve never been treated so kindly at a Popeyes! The food was coming out fresh and hot and they were promptly filling orders. Very beyond distasteful and poor experience. Very slow. Beyond very extremely stingy with portion sizes. Act like fries and the foods comes out of their bank account and paycheck. Very rude and nasty attitude of the employees. The bathroom is locked when the sign says “for customers only “. This location is beyond terminal cancer.
