I’m really disappointed with this experience. The store closed its doors and started cleaning about 25 minutes before the posted closing time, even though I had already placed an online order for two fish sandwiches. When I arrived, the doors were locked. A manager in a grey shirt came over, walked across the freshly mopped floor, checked my order, and handed me a bag through the door before quickly closing it again. When I got home and opened the order, I realized I was given a bag of chicken
I had an order with red beans and rice. I watch the manager on 5/3/26 at 2:55pm a few pieces like 4 - pieces of rice grains fell on the counter and she picked it up with her filthy hands and put it back into the rice container. So digusting. Every time I decide to treat myself I see WHY I should just cook at home. 2. The oil need to change because I can just tell it’s old oil. Couldn’t even enjoy my chicken sandwich. Ordered the three-piece five dollar favorite and clicked on white meat. After ordering online, the person in the store tells me I can't get Breast because they will have to charge me a dollar more but nowhere online or in the store is that posted just Word of Mouth. They got two stars because she tried to work with me but I wanted what I paid for and ordered. Went up a star for communication let's see what happens if I go back to the store
