I stopped by here for a quick bite and was honestly pretty happy with the food. The chicken was super crunchy on the outside and stayed nice and juicy inside, just like you want it. Everything came out hot and the staff was friendly enough, which made for a solid lunch stop while I was on the road.
They explained to me how an order arrived without the sauces I paid for and without the drinks I ordered, and with the bag open. It's unacceptable. What do they think? That the people ordering are dogs? And even if they were animals, you'd be the first to blame for not caring about food safety and ensuring orders arrive complete. It's unbelievable. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Terrible service!!!
Sami has the patience of a saint. Old curmedgeon before me telling Sami "don't interrupt" when all Sami wanted to do was get his order right. Old dude got mad, but Sami kept his chill. Got his order right the first time. Me? I lucked out. 3 piece chicken and biscuit, and the biscuits came out fresh from the oven. In and out, no muss, no fuss, no goofy extra charges like some other Popeye's. 5 stars, I just wish parking wasn't a pain in the butt.
