This is my regular Popeyes but I generally come by at night time. Today, I decided to come during the morning shift (around 1:30 PM). It took over ten minutes to take my order and I was first in line. The manager on duty spent all his time verbally abusing the cashier. Then, both cashier and manager allowed two obnoxious guests to cut in front of me on line and the manager proceeded to give free food to them. What an upsetting experience.
Your order will come out wrong every single time. Nobody can read English so your online orders will ALWAYS be wrong... they are extremely skimpy with the food also. Got some chicken tenders and one was the size of a quarter...
I ordered 4 pieces of chicken tenders and they gave me a whole chicken. I spent about $40. They wouldn't give me a barbecue and they didn't give me the soda. When I checked the receipt, they had charged me for it. I didn't go back because I was already far away. But 0 out of 10.
