I love the food at Popeye's on Fordham Rd. however, I have been calling and no one answers the phone. There is a big problem for me at this site. It seems that many bums and beggars are attracted to this particular store. I was there yesterday and there were about three there bothering customers and demanding money. One in particular insisted that I give him money. One customer bought him a meal and he stayed after he ate approaching customers for more money. I would not have posted this prob
Really like going to this popeyes they cook so good. They always have fresh chicken. They always work in a fast pace. Is mostly always packed but they try there best to serve everyone quickly. The staff is alright some are friendly some have a attitude it depends who's there. The manger is very nice and very attentive. Very clean they always cleaning the tables and mopping floors. Making sure the place looks nice and clean.
Unacceptable experience. The food was bitter and clearly not fresh, which strongly suggests it was cooked in old or overused oil. It was completely inedible, and I had to throw the entire order in the trash. When I contacted Guest Care, they refused to issue a refund and insisted that reward points were the “final” resolution—even after explaining that the food could not be consumed at all.
