I would like to bring attention to a recurring issue at a particular restaurant. Every time I visit, I feel ignored, and it seems that the staff does not care about the customers. I recently spent nearly $30 on food and ordered two mac & cheese sides, paying extra for them. However, as you can see in the pictures, half of the containers were empty. I enjoy all of the Cooks in Popeyes in my neighborhood 86 Street, they are friendly. The food tastes great. I order online and the food is ready at the choice of time I choose to pick it up. And that's great.
