This Popeyes location is so horrible. My most recent experience at this location was today. I came in and I tried to place an order, but the staff members working there including a manager were extremely rude and mean for no apparent reason. I tried to explain to them also that the last time I stopped by and ordered the $5 3 piece chicken that the chicken was very stale and the food just was all-around bad. The staff even got aggressive with me and denied my complaint as if I was basically lying
I haven't been to this Popeyes in a while because I had a terrible experience. Months have passed, and I decided to give it another shot. I instantly regretted that decision when I opened the sandwich, and that was before I even tried it. I asked for extra spicy chicken sandwich sauce. I got my sandwich with about a pound of mayonnaise. No spicy chicken sandwich sauce. Keep in mind (I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich). The most terrible Popeyes store I’ve ever dealt with, and not because of food issues, but because of the employees, disgusting customer service, especially from the old man behind the cashier who wears dirty grey short/polo which he hasn’t changed since WW2. I placed an order online 30-40 mins before the closing and came in to pick it up 5 mins after where he met me at the entrance with the dood already being locked (30 mins before their actual closing), he asked for my name and for the receipt
