Though previously I gave some positive reviews for Popeyes other stores but for this store I would say very negative experience with staff and their service and food. I ordered family meals but the guy gave us some over fried chicken looks so nasty small size pieces and the biscuits were not fresh have extra unexpected smell with them. I think owner should monitor this kind of service very carefully because it’s public health issues too.
I was just there and attempted to use the survey coupon at the back of the receipt. The manager, Raj, declined to honor it; he asserted that the receipt must come from their store. There is no such stipulation printed anywhere, nor have I encountered such a restriction in Westchester or The Bronx. (By the way, during my visit to this location about a year ago, I was informed of the same "rule"; I was hoping that they had changed their tune - perhaps they will soon).
I brought food from this Popeyes…it was a wonderful place to eat with cozy environment. I bought a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with frozen drinks. I love their fries which is so crispy and delicious. I would love to thanks their wonderful customers service specially their managers was so friendly. Thank you guys.
