I stopped in to buy a container of doi dessert. I come home to find MOLD filled in the container. I called to get a refund to my credit card and they made every excuse not to refund my purchase. They expect me to drive 40 minutes back to get another item. Absolutely disgusting. They also made me wait 15 minutes just to get one container of Doi and instead served 5 customers in the hotline that came in after me even though it would take 10 seconds to grab a container.
Their tehari used it be really good. But recently the meat to rice ratio they have , has to be a joke. I don't usually give bad reviews. No meat whatsoever, whatever I found were bones But it's really sad to see them turning a good product into something I won't consider buying again.
