I used to come here a lot but today is the last time because of the woman who made my coffee today. She was very rude. She also served her “regular client” before me. Once my coffee was ready, I asked her if it is oat milk and instead of saying politely yes, she started saying “oats” repeatedly and disrespectfully as if I don’t speak English. Disgusting behavior. Everyone else always sweet but it takes one person to ruin the entire experience!
They steal your money on Uber Eats and hope you don’t notice. You place an order, then the restaurant calls you directly saying they don’t have the item in stock and tells you to cancel it. Why? Because if the customer cancels, the customer gets stuck with the cancellation fee. Convenient little scam, right? Then when you contact Uber support, they try to call the restaurant, but suddenly the restaurant doesn’t answer. Funny how they had no problem calling me when they wanted me to cancel and
Excellent restaurant with excellent staff! The food is fresh and tasty. And the people are always so so helpful. Love this location as it's conveniently right near my manager Jason Steinberg's office. Will always come back here when I'm in need of a quick lunch!
