Every time I place a pickup order and my husband goes to collect it, the staff gives him a difficult time and displays behavior that feels discriminatory. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once. It’s disappointing because the food is very good, but he often has to call me so I can speak with the staff before they will release the order, even when he already has screenshots showing the order number and name. Once I get on the phone, they usually give excuses for the delay or issue. This
Pretty new spot. Been here since October 2016. Great coffee and baked goods. There foods are delicious also. The arepas are pretty traditional(Colombian). Friendly service. Great low prices. They do have seating.(3 tables) Gets busy quickly. Its about time they added a Colombian spot in Cypress Hills. Most important of all. It is alway cleaned.
The place feel unsure once I got into the bakery. The coffee is good ( it’s not poor taste). The bakery and meals are good. It’s a local small place to stay in to eat and relax or for dinning. Try it and you will like it.
