Service is extremely poor servers more interested in their phones than service, when they speak it feels like a chore, as for food just go to MacDonalds it will be freasher and not likely to make you unwell.
So, I’m in a such huge airport at the arrival hall and all I got was this poor foodcourt 😅 and decided to hit PZA. Well, the pizza wasn’t too bad and I thought it tasted good! I took the spinach and mushrooms and it was good. The server did heat it up but it wasn’t hot but just warm. Price was reasonable Not much to shout about and it was a pretty straight forward transaction I had.
The pizza was delicious, especially after a long flight — definitely hit the spot. The cashier kindly heated it up, which I appreciated. However, the overall customer service experience could be improved. One staff member — a young girl with her hair tied up in two buns — appeared disengaged and lacked interaction with customers.
